Evoshield PX2 Review
Evoshield is new to the world of soccer, but have entered with a very high quality product. What separates the Evoshield line of shin-guard from any other shin-guard on the market is the the truly custom fit that they provide. The guards come in an air sealed bag, flat and pliable. Once removed, you place the shin-guard on your shins and wrap them tightly around your legs to let them set for 20 minutes, as seen in Evoshield`s instructional video above. The shin-guards are super pliable and really do allow you to get a truly custom fit. They do not come with any pre-determined shape, so you get the choice to mould them in the width and the height that you would like. Once hardened, the PX2 become extremely hard and feel very protective. Note that these are not NOCSAE approved shin-guards, but are in fact much more protective than almost all that are approved. They are fairly thin and the custom molding makes them very secure feeling and are not very bulky for being so protective. They are backed by a white foam material that is somewhat cheap feeling but does the job. The sleeves provided are very high quality and these are some of the only strapless shin-guards that actually stay up without having to use tape. The main thing to note before ordering these shin-guards is that the sizing is somewhat strange. I am 5`11`` and ended up wearing a medium, which ended up being bigger than most large sized shin-guard. So unless you like your shin-guard to fit larger, I would order a small. Evoshield has claimed to be in the process of fixing the sizing of the shin-guards, but until then, order a size smaller then you normally would.
Overall, I could not recommend these shin-guards more. They provide an excellent custom fit, and fantastic protection while still remaining thin. This really is a great product, and for only $26.99, you can not get a better set of shin-guards.

Evoshield PX3 Review
Evoshield is new to the world of soccer, but have entered with a very high quality product. The shin-guards are super pliable and really do allow you to get a truly custom fit. They do not come with any pre-determined shape, so you get the choice to mould them in the width and the height that you would like. The PX3 is definitely thicker than the PX2 version, but for good reason. Once hardened, these are the hardest shin-guards I have ever felt. I seriously think that the shell is bullet proof. The backing on this version is a nicer harder foam in comparison to the PX2 and seems to dry slightly quicker. Due to the extra bulk, although I don`t know why the PX2 is not, the PX3 is NOCSAE approved making them legal to wear in any league. They are for sure the safest shin-guards that money can buy. One thing to note is the sizing. I am 5`11`` and ended up wearing a medium, which ended up being bigger than most large sized shin-guards. So unless you like your shin-guard to fit larger, I would order a small. Evoshield has claimed to be in the process of fixing the sizing of the shin-guards, but until then, order a size smaller then you normally would.
Overall, I am very impressed with this shin-guard. The little bit of extra bulk is really not a big deal if you are looking for serious protection that is only improved by a custom fit. For $31.99 you get safest shin-guards on the market that are custom molded to your shins. There is not a better package out there for you and you will definitely not regret giving these guards a go.
